Montana Huckleberry Syrup

A favorite of bears, our huckleberries grow wild in the Rocky Mountains. These plump little berries have an explosive flavor and reign as queen of wild berries. Pour this wilderness delight over ice cream, pancakes, or your favorite breakfast. Or, try it with a touch of butter, drizzled over grilled swordfish! (Does wonders for a vodka tonics too!)

Ingredients: sugar, huckleberries, water, pectin, citric acid.
