By partnering with us, you are not just purchasing products; you are investing in a vision. A vision where your store becomes a destination for those seeking quality and goodness. You have the power to curate a selection that aligns with your values and those of your customers, creating a shopping experience that is both meaningful and memorable.

As an approved reseller you agree to the following:

  1. Alpine Peaks reserves the right to approve or disapprove any wholesale inquiry requests. There may be one reason or several reasons for not approving a request. Reasons for a denial for any wholesale inquiry request may or may not be disclosed.
  2. Your business is defined as a registered/licensed business with an EIN.
  3. You acknowledge that you are a reseller (if approved) and NOT an employee of Alpine Peaks LLC. 
  4. You may resell our products in your "Brick & Mortar" store, your business website, and at events. You may not resell our products on any 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Market Places, etc. 
  5. We required a $200.00 minimum for each order.
  6. Alpine Peaks LLC and/or its representatives hold no liability/responsibility for any taxes including sales tax and/or filings of such, in the state/s in which you do any business. 
  7. Some products may be purchased without labels. These products are limited and at the sole discretion of Alpine Peaks LLC. Some products may be purchased in bulk for repackaging. Reach out to us with any questions about rebranding any (white Label) Alpine Peak's products. There is no additional discount for rebranding. You may not rebrand any Alpine Peaks products without the expressed approval of Alpine Peaks LLC representatives.
  8. Alpine Peaks LLC does not offer exclusivity at this time.
  9. Shipping is not included for wholesale. 
  10. Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. No returns, replacements or refunds will be issued for any reason after 48 hours. Refunds or replacements will be at the discretion of Alpine Peaks LLC.
  11.  “Proprietary Rights” shall mean all rights held by Alpine Peaks LLC in that Alpine Peak’s products, pricing, services, programs and confidential information, including, without limitation, copyrights, authors’ rights, trademarks, service marks, patent rights, trade names, know-how and trade secrets, recipes, remain protected. Those protections remain in place in perpetuity. 
  12. Either party and/or its representatives may choose to terminate this agreement at any time except #11. 
  13. Changes to the above may be made at anytime at the sole discretion of Alpine Peaks LLC.
